Toy Review: Ben and Holly Playsets

Chunk and Curly were sent two of the three new Ben & Holly magical adventure playsets to try out and as you can see they had a lot of fun!

The three sets connect together to create a playground for the infamous Ben & Holly characters to play in, and each set comes with it’s very own Holly character.

Playground Slide

We were sent the playground slide and the roundabout sets which are aimed at ages 3+ and the final one we can add to the collection is the swing.

The boys watch Ben & Holly with most days at breakfast time, so they recognised the characters as soon as I gave them the boxes. They liked that they each had a Holly that they could “take around the park” and they spent ages putting her up and down the slide and on the little roundabout. The sets are very attractive and at £9.99 each this explains why they don’t do an awful lot,but they didn’t need to because the boys were using their imagination to create dialogue and get their Hollys to do various things around the playsets.

Roundabout Set

The only minor thing I didn’t rate was that it was difficult to get Holly to stay upright in the flower cups when she was on the roundabout, but other than that they were played with for hours and enjoyed, which means they passed Curly and Chunk’s product test with flying colours!

I was kindly sent these two sets for review. No payment was received so all opinions are honest and my own.
