Glamping Accessory Ideas

7th June 2015
Chunk and I have been given a great opportunity to go camping next weekend and because we only found out a couple of days ago I’ve been attempting to research what I need to take with me because I’ve not camped since I was a child!

During my online search I came across lots of pretty cool stuff which I would love to buy if I had the money, so I thought I would share some of my favourites with you in case you’re about to try to sleep in the big outdoors too!

Glamping Essentials

My favourite has to be the Field Candy What a Melon Tent. I’ve never seen something like that and it just looks FAB. At £655 it’s way out of my budget but it’s definitely something I want when I one day win the lottery!

Because the weather is up and down so much at the moment I need to prepare us for both hot and cold weather, so I’ve been looking into rain macs like TOPSHOP Gold Glitter Plastic Rain Mac, Wellington boots like these gorgeous Hunter ones and AMBRE sun care lotion if the sun decides to say hello.

For the daytime I have stocked up on Mustache Bandages Moustache Novelty Plasters as I’m sure Chunk will have a few bumps and bruises running and climbing in the forest, and I want to take reusable water bottles like OB Exclusive Water Bobble 550ml Tether Cap to keep us hydrated as well as Kiehl s lip treatment to stop my lips cracking.

A lot of essentials such as Batiste dry shampoo, food and extras such as Audiology cable key chain can go into a rucksack like the Zipper bag above.

For nights inside the tent I’ve thought about ways to keep us warm in style with things such as a throws, Linea faux fur blanket, Pied a Terre grey throw pillow, Illume Freshly Picked Candle and Polka dot home decor.

And for cooking I’m looking at a small stove like this Camping one from Argos and a Sunnylife Storm Lantern Oil Lamp in Yellow for anything that needs doing in the dark!
