Beach to Bar Maxi Dress As you know I am a curvy plus size girl who can find it difficult to find things that work well with my curves as well as my height, which is why I created the Tall Curvy Mummas blog to help others find clothes who have similar problems. Summer is kind of here so I’ve been searching for summer dresses to wear when that sun decides to make an appearance! JD Williams have a great summer dress range which includes the rather pretty Beach to Bar Maxi Dress. I like that it’s long enough for a tall lass like me and the colours are bright and bold to compliment my summer-tanned skin. I would style this dress out with a cute, oversized beach bag, chunky shades and some summer flats. As well as maxi dresses, I am a huge fan of retro-style dresses. I was lucky enough recently to win a competition to get my own, uniquely designed dress made by the designers at Scarlett & Jo and I love it! My Scarlett & Jo Prize! Skater dresses and tea dresses are a very flattering cut for curvy girls, and I love my upper arms being covered as I’m quite self-conscious about them. I asked for a heart neckline as I think it is far more flattering for my chest and adds a classier sexiness. What are your favourite summer dresses?
