Easter Gift Ideas (and not all Chocolate!)
Eggs
Kids love chocolate (and so do most adults) and it feels wrong not to give a yummy gift for Easter.
I’ve got the boys some Cadbury’s eggs, one of which Chunk can decorate himself!
I’ve got a large Cadbury’s Caramel Egg to giveaway here too so enter now!
For adults the luxurious Elizabeth Shaw mint and honeycomb egg is a definite winner and one my partner is already wanting to get his hands on.
Kidy Board
I don’t buy much chocolate for Chunk because I prefer to get him gifts he can use, and at the moment he is starting to quite enjoy drawing and learning to write letters so I thought the Kidy Board was perfect.
It’s a transparent board which helps you learn to write and it’s skid-proof, flexible and won’t leave those gross black stains after a few uses.
There are various educational sheets you can download to use with the board to help keep them entertained whilst they learn and some even teach them how to hold a pen. I’m impressed with this and I know Chunk will love trying all the different letters and numbers on the various exercise sheets.
DVDs
There is a brilliant new Beatrix Potter Collection DVD boxset now out featuring episodes of Peter Rabbit which most kids (and grown ups) love.
There are 9 episodes on three discs to celebrate 150 years since the famous author’s birth.
I’m giving away a copy of this boxset here.
Clothing & Toiletries
I got a Braun Series 7 Men’s Electric Shaver for The Bloke as it’s something useful and he has sensitive skin so wet shaves are a big no-no.
The sensoflex head is able to move in 8 dimensions meaning it is less likely to miss some of the hairs over the different contours of the face.
It cleans itself while it charges which I think is very clever and is another plus for lazy blokes out there.
Clothing is also another winner. I got Chunk a gorgeous Dinosaur t-shirt from Saltrock and The Bloke got a black fleece to keep his skinny butt warm in my cold home.

They were both very happy and that fleece is glued to him whenever he’s at mine.
Any other ideas for Easter that you care to share with me? Ideas are always very welcome!
