Chunk enjoying his Casdon Morphy Richards Kitchen Toyset

We went camping this weekend and on our return we found this lovely Casdon Morphy Richards Kitchen Set on our doorstep!

This morning Chunk invited his Marvel superheroes to a tea party breakfast and spent ages making them tea and coffee which was so sweet to watch.

The set comes with a kettle, two cups and saucers, two plates, bacon, eggs, cutlery, a toaster and coffee maker.

The toaster pops the toast up after a few seconds and the kettle has a little button you can press to turn it on. His favourite is the coffee maker because he likes pouring water into the top of it and watching it filter through into the coffee pot.

I like that no batteries are needed and the toys aren’t noisy so they won’t drive me nuts after a few hours! I love role play toys as they really help develop his imaginative play and the added bonus is I can attempt to do chores or write this post whilst he’s happily serving his dolls drinks!

What’s your favourite role play children’s toys?

Chunk was given this Casdon Kitchen Toyset to test and review for the purpose of this post. No payment was received and all opinions are honest and my own.

What a great little set. My daughter has ASD and is starting to show real interest in cooking/making coffee etc, so this would be a brilliant gift for her — Alison O
