There’s a great new family festival coming to Sussex this September and I’ve got a family pass to give away!
Into The Trees is a new and exciting event created by So Sussex, and their aim is to get friends and families to spend more time outdoors together having fun.
Into the Trees is happening 3rd and 4th September 2016 and offers a range of activities and experiences included in ticket price across five zones:
Working in the Trees – including coppicing, trug making and more
Playing in the Trees – including storytelling, slacklining, tree climbing and more
Living in the Trees – including bell tents, tipis, yurts and more
Wildlife in the Trees – in partnership with Sussex Wildlife Trust
Surviving in the Trees – including foraging and bush craft
The festival allows you to explore and relax in one of the most amazing natural locations of the Ashdown Forest, and enjoy some of the best locally sourced food and drink.

It sounds like a perfect day out for children, parents and grandparents, and I already have my ticket!

Celebrating being out in nature, doing completely new and different activities together as a family would make for some wonderful memories.
