My First Thought of the Day for BBC Suffolk, Evenings with Jon Wright: Mental Health
I recorded four thoughts of the day for BBC Suffolk Radio last month so I thought I’d share them!
Jon Wright from their evening show asked me to talk about four subjects I was interested in.
The first thought was about mental health. I talked about my own experiences with various mental health issues I have and how to support those you love with their conditions.
I’ve uploaded all four onto my YouTube channel, and each has a song attached that means something to me.
It was tricky uploading the live recording with people’s songs attached, so hope it works!
Let me know your thoughts below!
(I don’t get any royalties on YouTube, this is a recording of the live radio show)
