Homemade Christmas Tree Decorations

4th December 2014
Last week when Chunk and I house sat for my family, we decided to make some Christmas tree decorations!

Our family over in Canada sent over a pack of tree decorations to decorate and Chunk loved it! It would be really easy to do without the pack too, all you need is some coloured, thin foam that you cut into any Christmas shape, glitter glue and stick on shapes.

Making our Xmas Tree decorations!

We made Christmas trees, Gingerbread men and Christmas houses, I found it quite relaxing, even if Chunk managed to squeeze most of one of the glitter glue sticks all over one of the decorations at one point!

The finished pieces!

I have since bought some clear baubles from the 99p Shop and put pictures in them from when Chunk was a baby. Hopefully as the years go by we can add more pictures to them!

To this day I can remember homemade decorations – glittery snowflakes with a Christmas scene in the middle.
