plenty of good quality sleep. If you don’t drop off easily, don’t lie there worrying about not getting any sleep, instead either don’t go to bed as early, or if you want to go at the same time as a partner, make sure they understand that when they roll over to drop off, you will read or play games on your tablet until you are tired. You will have much better quality sleep if you don’t try to force it.

Sufficient hydration, sufficient nutrition, sufficient rest, sufficient leisure activities, needs require to be addressed. Be aware, take time to contemplate. Consider good foot care, as we rely on them so much :- Nice to treat them to a bit of a rest and treatment. Perhaps pedicure, or reflexology.

My best self care tip is drink plenty of water, get some good sleep and take 5 minutes out for yourself. Weather it be on the back door step or at the end of your bed. 5 minute just to breath in and out slowly. Just those few minutes then back to your normal routine. Makes a difference.
