Another year, another celebration of mums and caregivers.
This year is harder to shop for gifts, so I’ve researched great gifts that can be ordered online.
Here are my favourite finds so far that may appeal to your loved ones this year:
Say It With Songs
A card can be the smallest, yet most precious gift, as it’s all in the thought behind it.
Say It With Songs make their cards that bit more special for your loved one, as they come with a song!
Certain songs can have special meanings attached as they bring up so many feelings and precious memories.
These cards are pretty clever, because they help your loved one to relive memories and feel those feels. You pick a song from their website, and a line from that song is on the card. When they open the card, there’s a QR code to scan which plays the song.
There are cards for all types of celebrations, and I have a 10% discount for their cards*.

Nettlefold have gorgeous gifts in their Happy in Your Happiness range that are perfect for Mother’s Day.
The gifts are inspired by the grandfather of Nettlefold Founder, Zoe Wheeler.
He wrote poetry for Zoe when she was a child which she rediscovered whilst clearing her mother’s loft many years later.
Zoe decided to share his beautiful words by bringing them to life by creating gifts, cards, wall art and stationery using his poetry as the theme.
The Happy Pack is perfect for showing your mother or grandmother how much they’re loved.
It features a happiness notebook, keepsake token, 8 greeting cards and an eco-friendly pen made from recycled paper.
The set is also eco-friendly as it’s packaged using recycled materials
Postboxed offer a fabulous range of gift sets that are posted to your loved ones on your chosen day.
I have their Inspirational Women Gift Set* which has a range of gifts that educate and celebrate strong women throughout history.
It includes a card game featuring inspirational women, speeches of Great Thunberg, thoughts of Michelle Obama and a Frida Kahlo mirror.
The Lockdown Box of Positivity would be lovely for anybody to receive at the moment. It includes a lovely lapel pin with the inspiring words “you got this” as well as gifts that show you’re thinking of that person.
The Mum’s Box is a lovely way to let your mum know how much you love her. It includes a mini bouquet of paper roses, keyring, sweets made from actual wine and yummy chocolate.
There’s also boxes for foodies, gin lovers, students, dog loves and many to do with empowerment and self-esteem boosting.
The gifts can include cards and gift wrap at no extra cost, and they fit through the letterbox, so there’s no chance of missing the delivery.
As well as a large range for women, there’s gifts for men, babies, children and for all occasions.
Wolf & Gypsy
I have the Wolf & Gypsy Moonstone Tibetan Cross Necklace in sterling silver and it’s both beautiful and meaningful.
It features the Tibetan Cross (aka the magic wand) which is apparently one of the most powerful weapons in the Universe.
The moonstone represents the underlying unity of the centre of the Universe and from this it branches out into lotus flowers. This can align chakras, helping you maintain serenity (which we all know I need!).
Moonstone is great to use in meditation, and it’s very helpful for women during their monthly cycle. It can be soothing during heightened emotions or hormones.
The necklace also comes with turquoise instead of moonstone, and in silver or gold with four chain lengths.
The necklace appears well made and the artisan clearly has good attention to detail. The quality of the jewellery is superb, meaning that hopefully I shall have this necklace for many years to come.
As well as this necklace, there are matching earrings that are now on my birthday list, as well as a huge range of classic and modern jewellery to suit all ages and tastes.
10% Discount Code
Wolf & Gypsy have kindly given me a discount code so you can have 10% off any purchases on their site..
There’s no expiry date at present, so you can use the code every time you purchase from their website until further notice. It even works on sale items!
To get the discount click this Wolf & Gypsy ink which takes you to the website with the discount automatically added, or add SPP10 at the checkout.
Lido have just launched a new pearl hoop earring with John Lewis as part of their Spring/Summer collection which would make a lovely gift.
The Lido Cubic Zirconia and Freshwater Pearl Hoop Earrings are made from sterling silver.
The cubic zirconia that decorates the half-hoops is so sparkly it compliments the pearls beautifully.
As a huge fan of silver jewellery these are perfect for me, and I’m giving a pair away here (ends 7/3/21).
They are just the right size as the main hoops I can wear alongside two other smaller sets in my 3-pierced ears.
As a fan of stones, the pearls are my favourite part of these earrings, and Lido have a range of jewellery that would work well with these on a special night out.
Sophia Alexander Jewellery
Jewellery that captures special moments is about as personalised as you can get.
Sophia Alexander Jewellery have been crafting fingerprint necklaces, rings, charms and other keepsakes for fourteen years.
Fingerprints can be of babies, children, adults and even footprints can be used.
The prints can be added to a variety of jewellery, and their designers are open to customising designs for more individuality.
There are some lovely shapes the prints can be put onto, including stars, ovals, hearts and raindrops. The crosses with a fingerprint on the vertical bar are my favourite.
The pieces are hand crafted using quality gold or silver of your choice from their studio in the English countryside.
Only certified ethical fair trade gold and responsibly sourced gemstones are used, ensuring moral as well as physical quality.
They also offer memorial prints, and I’m looking into getting a keepsake for my uncle who died this week, in his memory.
Inscripture Personalised Handwriting Jewellery
Inscripture have a stunning range of handwriting jewellery which give a great personal tough to a gift.
They can turn a treasured note or card into a special piece of jewellery to keep the memory alive.
The handwriting is cleverly extracted so the actual writing of your loved one is engraved.
I have my beloved nan’s handwriting that I found on an old card on their Silver and Rose Gold Bracelet.
She died two years ago, so this bracelet is a daily reminder of her love.
I added an angel wing in memory of my uncle who devastatingly passed away this week unexpectedly.
It’s an 18ct Vermeil Rose Gold and sterling silver slider bracelet which comes with a choice of an extra silver or gold charm.
The jewellery can also be engraved with a hand, foot and paw prints.
Maya Moon Facemasks
Facemasks are a part of everyday life now, so how about a handwoven, beautiful and unique one as a gift?
Maya Moon is a social enterprise that’s been created to support small Guatemalan business owners, to preserve the traditional arts of Mayan culture.
The Women’s Collective of Sanik in Sololá make these masks using the ancient tradition of back-strap weaving. This involves the weaver tying the loom to her waist and controlling the movement of the weave using slight body motions.
The method results in high-quality woven designs that are completely unique.
These eco-friendly masks come in five main colours: Woodland, Pastel, Black and White, Ocean and Multicolour. There are two main designs- head strap or ear strap, depending on what is most comfortable for you.
I’m giving away three of these masks on the blog until 7th March 2021, so if you want to enter check out the competition here.
If they’re a fan of straightening their hair, these Jose Eber Infrared Wet/ Dry Flat Irons make a useful gift.
They use infrared light technology, which eliminates frizz and adds shine while styling.
The extra-wide high gloss plates work on all hair types and can be used on wet and dry hair.
There’s also fast heat up (100-200°C), a digital display and automatic shut off.
Tesalate have a lovely range of sand-free beach towels, including duo towels that fit two people on them.
These are great when I want to sit on the beach with my son and have a mini picnic, as we have lots of room to relax.
The material is lightweight and easy to fold back into the travel bag that comes with it.
I recently got the Into The Wild design, and it’s gorgeous! I also have the Phoenix design which reminds me of a mandala.
The towels are made from Absorblite™ fabric which is engineered to help sand slip off easily so you don’t take it home with you!
The towels are also ultra absorbent, and they dry in half the time of a regular beach towel, using rapid-dry technology.
Food & Drink
Wine and gin can be a bit cliché, so how about some cider from Herefordshire?
PULP Ciders are made from 100% Herefordshire apples and other special ingredients.
They are vegan, gluten-free and come in a range of flavours including: Apple, Pears, Raspberry, Rhubarb & Mango and Rhubarb.
The ciders come in various sizes and box sets, including sets of one or mixed flavours.
I’ve tried their PULP Cider Mixed Case of twelve bottles and I’m also going to be giving away a case on my Twitter so keep an eye out.
For those who don’t like strong alcoholic drinks, there’s a low alcohol range in rosé and apple flavours.
Steeps One Shot
Steeps One Shot is brilliant for anyone wanting to stay in good health, which at the moment is all of us!
It’s a one-of-a kind wellness shot and the perfect way to help you optimise your health this spring.
They have a range of drinkable shots which are packed with anti-inflammatory and gut-friendly natural ingredients.
There are individual bottles as well as gift sets like this Steeps “Original” One Shot “ON IT” Starter Pack.
The pack contains a bottle of Steeps One Shot, a bottle of Organic ‘The Tomato Stall” Tomato Juice and an Enamel Cup to mix them in.
